The Committee will review Resolution 1.11.21R and 2.11.21R. Resolution 1.11.21R encourages a community conversation on changes to the flag of the City of Albany. Resolution 2.11.21R that calling on the legislature to enact legislation that would allow absentee ballots to be counted earlier.
