Planning BoardThe purpose of the Planning Board is to approve the subdivision of City of Albany property and to review site plans for landscaping, parking and drainage before large-scale projects are constructed. The Planning Board consists of five members who are appointed to three-year terms by the Mayor. Members and Dates of Expiration
