The Department of Development and Planning is the center for neighborhood revitalization for the City of Albany. The team of professionals in the Planning Department have undertaken and implemented many neighborhood planning initiatives. Now, with the creation of the City’s first Comprehensive Plan, Planning staff set forth and continue their efforts with a new and improved vision of Albany’s future.
