Sidewalk Repair

The Department of General Services takes responsibility for the repair of sidewalks. DGS responds to verbal complaints regarding hazardous sidewalks. Property owners are responsible for notifying the Department of General Services at 434-2489 of sidewalks that may be in hazardous condition. As complaints are received and verified, the city makes interim repairs to alleviate immediate hazards and schedules the sidewalk for further evaluations.

Sidewalk repairs are routinely provided. To report a hazardous sidewalk problem or to request non-hazardous sidewalk repair, please contact the Department of General Services at 434-CITY.
