Funding through New York State's Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), this project seeks to improve the pedestrian experience in the Clinton Square neighborhood through the design and construction of streetscape improvements and pedestrian safety enhancements. The final design is anticipated to include a neighborhood gateway element, sidewalk and bicycle improvements, pedestrian lighting enhancements, tree planting and landscaping, new traffic signals, street furniture or other amenities, trash receptacles and other varied infrastructure enhancements.
