ALBANY, NY – Albany police have located Jalia Ashley, 17, and Ruby Legree, 13, two juvenile females who left a residence Sunday afternoon on Colby Street. Legree’s one-month old daughter was also located by detectives during the investigation. All three are safe and healthy.
