Albany’s One Stop Shop at 200 Henry Johnson Boulevard was designed to help those who live or do business in the City. The City is now planning to expand customer service at 200 Henry Johnson Boulevard through the newly proposed Department of Neighborhood & Community Services which will provide quick and easy access to all of the City’s services and information while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Divisions include: Planning, Buildings & Regulatory Compliance (BRC), and the Albany Community Development Agency (ACDA).
