Online Application Submission Portal

The City of Albany's Planning & Zoning Online Application Portal provides convenient 24-hour electronic access for residents, developers, and businesses doing residential and commercial work in the city. The online application portal is designed to create a workflow leading to quicker application review and meeting processes. In addition to being able to submit applications online, applicants can search for required approvals before starting a project, send questions to City staff, upload plan documents, and pay with a credit card.

⚠️ Note: This portal is for Planning and Zoning applications only. For general building permits, including Residential Occupancy Permits, please visit the Buildings and Regulatory Compliance page.
