What is Civic Rec?

Civic Rec is your way to use the City of Albany Department of Recreation! It gets you into our community centers, pools and programming.  Civic Rec is an essential tool used by the Department of Recreation to monitor attendance at all our facilities.

We'll be using this platform to check people into the pools throughout the summer.

Why Do I Need a Civic Rec Account?

Residents are required to create a Civic Rec account to help us track attendance and ensure we stay within capacity limits. Additionally, having an account allows us to collect emergency contact information, which is essential in the event of an unforeseen situation.
